The thing is, all the clichés you’ve heard about the south of France are true.
The light takes on new forms by the hour, casting beauty on the simplest pleasures. There are open-air markets bursting with sun-ripened produce, roughly cut bars of savon de Marseilles, Provençal cheeses, and slabs of honeyed nougat.
This collaboration between Casa Bosques & writer Rebekah Peppler, in honor of her cookbook, Le SUD, is our ode to those south of France markets and a celebration of the ritual and joy that is gathering around the table—wherever you are in the world.
Barely contained in the dark chocolate shell is a lush, textural combination of toasted pistachios, fleur de sel, and fragrant lavender honey, finished with lemon zest.
